Hoola Hoola, Body Shaping…

Hoola Hooping Lovelies.
Okay, it may sound childish and a bit like a fitness craze, but I don’t care it works for me.. That is the Hoola Hoop of course!! I have been doing it for 4weeks now every day as well as my usual exercise and I have noticed a difference already.
With the waist being a firm fixture on the catwalks why not work at keeping it tiny and looking great without the aid of clothing? I am using an adults weighted hoop it is much larger than a children’s one and heavier too. It takes a bit of getting used to and persistence (it looks so much easier than it is) but once you get the knack, it is actually really fun. Saying that I live in an apartment and it must have been really annoying for the person living below me when I first started on it (ah well)
It’s a great thing to get your friends and family to do just to have a laugh at them. He he!
I have since learned that Beyonce and Nicole Scherzinger keep their lovely abs firm by hooping…Need I say anymore!
